Agnus Castus 50ml
Agnus castus, également connu sous le nom « arbre Chaste », est en fait un arbuste avec des fleurs de lavande ou de violette. Parfois il est dénommé baume d’Abraham, de poivre du moine ou gattilier. L’utilisation d’Agnus castus a été enregistrée depuis l’époque d’Hippocrate. Il a été considéré comme un anti- aphrodisiaque et donc les noms « Chaste Tree » et « Moine poivre ».

De nos jours, Agnus castus est reconnue plus pour sa capacité à aider à maintenir l’équilibre normal des hormones femelles chez les jeunes femmes. Les baies sont utilisées dans cette teinture : ce sont des fruits bruns rougeâtres qui dégagent une agréable odeur de menthe poivrée.
Un autre nom botanique pour Agnus castus est (très) Vitex agnus castus et pour cette raison, il est parfois dénommé simplement Vitex.
La plante pousse principalement en Méditerranée, bien qu’il se développe également dans les régions tropicales comme en Afrique et aux Etats-Unis. Agnus castus pousse jusqu'à une hauteur de jusqu'à 5 mètres et ours délicates feuilles, floraison en fin d’été.
Ingrédients :
Teinture d’Agnus castus (gattilier) fruits séchés, extraits à l’alcool (69 % V/V).
Mode d’emploi :
Adultes : 15-20 gouttes dans un peu d’eau deux fois par jour.
Enfants : Ce produit est déconseillé pour les enfants âgés de moins de 14 ans.
Ne dépassez pas la dose quotidienne recommandée indiquée.
Éviter pendant la grossesse ou l’allaitement.
Garder hors de portée des enfants.
Compléments alimentaires ne devraient pas être utilisés comme un substitut à une variée et équilibrée et un mode de vie sain.
