How do I use the Turmeric Golden Paste?

Our Paste is so versatile, you can be as adventurous as you like!

Take directly from a teaspoon or use in everyday cooking, including hot and cold drinks.

What makes our Turmeric Golden Paste the best on the market? 

• Turmeric -  High strength Turmeric, sourced from Indonesia with a minimum Curcumin level of 5.1%
• Coconut Oil - We use cold pressed and organic coconut oil
• Black Pepper - The black pepper is cracked just before adding it into our paste
• Ceylon Cinnamon - Ceylon cinnamon is used as this has a lower level of Coumarin 

Directions: 

Children/Small Adults - 1 teaspoon, twice a day
Average size adults  - 1½ - 2 teaspoons, twice a day
Large Adults - 2½ - 3 teaspoons, twice a day

Storage
Keep in a cool, dark cupboard. Store below 20°C. Once opened, consume within 6 weeks. This product can be frozen or refrigerated.
