Dandelion (Taraxicum officinalis): A noted liver herb, useful in supporting the function of the liver. Most PMS symptoms arise from an excess of oestrogen in the body. By aiding the liver in its role of detoxifier, Dandelion plays an essential role in the breakdown and elimination of excess hormones.
