Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis): Natural anti-histamine action along with anti-inflammatory properties.

Nettle (Urtica diocia): Natural anti-histamine. Traditionally taken for urticaria and other itchy conditions.

Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba): Good for lungs and chest area. Used in asthma cases as it helps to with breathing difficulties.
