Ingredients:
Tinctures of the flowers of White Chestnut, Blackberry, Yarrow, Larch, Nasturtium, Mullein, Hornbeam, Wild Oat, Cerato and Peppermint in equal amounts.
Alcohol Content: approx 27% (v/v)

Directions For Use:
Generally: Use 5 drops in a little water as often as required.
Maintenance: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Not recommended late at night.
