This combination of essences may give support when confidence is lacking. Helps boost positive qualities such as courage, determination and self-esteem.

Ingredients: Tinctures of the flowers of Centaury, Pine, Honeysuckle, Larch, Buttercup, Mimulus, Tansy, Walnut, Cerato and Elm in equal amounts.
Alcohol Content: approx 27%(V/V)

Directions For Use:
5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Can be used at intervals up to six times daily if required.
